I personally perform all inspections. Many companies are more interested in making quick money by subletting the inspections to less experienced trainee-type inspectors. Many companies perform multiple inspections per day, each with minimal quality. I usually perform only one inspection per day because my inspections are more detailed, thorough and comprehensive. Additionally, some inspectors put together inspection reports in 20-30 minutes but mine almost always take a minimum of 2 hours and as much as 3-6 hours.
